Anyone who is new to Unleashed Strength and Fitness can get a FREE introductory class. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your fitness goals and to show you what Unleashed Strength and Fitness is all about. During your FREE session you will receive:
- A tour of our facility and an overview of our training methods
- A consultation with a Certified Personal Trainer
- A dynamic warm up
- A demonstration/ explanation of the movements for the workout
- A high-intensity workout scaled to your current fitness level
- A post workout
