Plank Hold (seconds)

Air squats

Ring Dips

High knee tucks

Russian Twists (35/25)

Walking Lunges

Push-ups

V-ups

Wall-sit (Seconds)

Burpees

Bicycle crunches

Walking lunges

Plank with shoulder taps

Squat jump
